Hon. Joseph Hontonyo Bamgbose is an indigene of Lagos State. He is a member of the Federal House of Representative representing Badagry Federal Constituency.

EDUCATION: He attended Victory High School where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1981. In 1987, he went further to obtain a General Certificate of Education from Ansar-udeen Grammar School. In 1995, he bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State. He later did his Masters in Business Administration from the same Institution in 2002.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES: 

Prior to becoming a member of the House of Representatives, he Served as an Honorable Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly from 1999-2007.

In the 2015 elections, he contested for the Federal House of representatives under the Platform of the All Progressive Congress(APC) and Won to represent Badagry Federal Constituency.

ACHIEVEMENTS: It is worthy to note that he has as his Legislative interests provision of Effective legislation to improve the well being of his Constituency through empowerment and job creation. In line with this he Targets the Effective representation of his constituency.
