Biography Intro: OSSAI NICHOLAS OSSAI born November 4, 1963, at Owa Ekei, Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, by Chief and Mrs. John Ossai Uzorka, is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Ndokwa/Ukwani Federal Constituency of Delta Sate under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.

EDUCATION: He attended Urban Community Primary School, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State Nigeria and obtained First School Leaving Certificate. He obtained West African School Certificate from E. M. S. Grammar School Lagos. He then studied Agricultural Economics in the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and graduated in the year 1996. He also passed through the University of Benin where he obtained Masters Degree in Business Administration. Owing to his love for education, Ossai Nicholas went further to the University of Nigeria Nsukka, where he obtained a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) in Public Administration.

CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:  Ossai Nicholas Ossai is a Chartered Mediator and Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria (ICMC). He was also the chairman of the Council of College of Education, Agbor in Delta State. He later became a member of the Delta State House of Assembly.

Ossai was elected into the Federal House of Representatives to represent the Ndokwa/Ukwani Federal Constituency of Delta Sate under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party. His legislative interests include legislative drafting and strategic management. He targets to build national consensus for the betterment of Nigerian masses.
