The State Security Service (SSS), also known as the Department of State Services (DSS), is the primary domestic intelligence agency of Nigeria. It is primarily responsible for intelligence gathering within the country and for the protection of senior government officials, particularly the President and state governors. The SSS operates as a department within the presidency and is under the control of the National Security Adviser.

Below Are The Basic Requirement On How To Join Nigeria State Security Service
(SSS):
The individual applying for any post in the DSS should be a Nigerian citizen.
The individual must have a minimum height of 1.68 meters for a male and minimum of 1.65 meters for a female.
Anyone applying must not be less than 22 years of age. Also, the individual must not be older than 35 years of age.
Also, the applicant must have at least Second Class Lower division certificate or lower credit in HND.
