The Chinese govt has more people to feed than the whole African continent population combined. India has more people to feed than the whole African continent population combined. Still our ceremonial Leaders are always at their doorsteps with begging bowls to ask for help to feed their people. What a shame! India has a population much bigger than the entire African continent population combined, but the country is managed by just one Prime Minister and less than 25 Ministers.

The current population of China is 1,418,475,550 as of Friday, March 8, 2019, based on the latest United Nations estimates. China population is equivalent to 18.41% of the total world population.

Yet, Africa with less population than India is managed by 54 Presidents and over a thousand Ministers, who collectively still achieve less than a single Prime Minister in India. China with a bigger population than Africa has no permanent members of Parliament. The 3,000 members of the National Peoples Congress seat only for few weeks during the year to vote on the laws submitted by the executive branch. Afterwards, they all go back to their regular jobs. Africa, with less population than China, has over thirteen thousand members of parliament who are full time employees on the payroll of States with skinny budgets.
