Fritz Haber, Jewish chemist Invented Zyklon B
Zyklon B was Invented in 1922
Zyklon B is essentially a delivery mechanism for Hydrogen cyanide. Hydrogen cyanide is a poisonous gas that interferes with cellular respiration. Cyanide prevents the cell from producing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) by binding to one of the proteins involved in the electron transport chain.
Zyklon B was a highly poisonous insecticide also used to kill rats and insects.
